Need help with a purchase, missing reward, connection issue, or account problem? You are in the right place. Our goal is to help you as quickly as possible while keeping the process clear and simple.

Before Opening a Ticket

Most purchase and reward issues can be solved by checking the account used at checkout, reconnecting to the server, and giving the system a few minutes to process the order.

Purchase & Reward Help

I did not receive my purchase

  • Make sure you logged into the store with the same Minecraft username that should receive the reward.
  • Java players should use their normal Minecraft username.
  • Bedrock players should use their Bedrock gamertag with the correct . prefix when required.
  • Reconnect to PebbleQuest after purchasing.
  • Wait a few minutes, as some purchases may take a short time to process.
  • If it still has not arrived, contact support with your Transaction ID.

I purchased on the wrong username

Please contact support as soon as possible. Include the username you purchased for, the username that should receive the item, and your Transaction ID. We will review it and help where possible.

  • Bedrock Address: mc.pebble.quest
  • Bedrock Port: 8075
  • Java players should use Minecraft 1.21+.
  • If you cannot connect, try restarting your game and checking that the address was typed correctly.

Refunds & Payment Issues

All sales are generally final because store purchases help support the live server, hosting costs, development, updates, events, and continued growth of PebbleQuest.

Refunds may only be considered for issues such as duplicate payments, failed delivery, or major technical problems caused by the server. Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we have a chance to review and resolve the issue properly.

What to Include in Your Ticket

  • Your Minecraft username
  • Whether you play on Java or Bedrock
  • Your Transaction ID, if the issue involves a purchase
  • A screenshot or short video, if helpful
  • A clear explanation of what happened
