1. I didn’t receive my purchase
- Make sure you are logged into the same Minecraft account you used to purchase.
- Try reconnecting to the server.
- If it’s still missing, please provide your Transaction ID (found in your purchase email) below.
2. Server Connection Issues
- Make sure you are using the correct server IP and version.
- Try restarting your game/client.
3. Refunds & Disputes All sales are final. Refunds are only issued in cases of duplicate payments or major technical failures. Please contact us with your Transaction ID.
